Is Meet Care Access really free?

Yes. Our advisors are paid by the carriers when you enroll, never by you. You pay only your monthly premium, and never an extra fee for our help.

Do I have to be a US citizen?

No. Many of the people we help are not citizens, and many household members in mixed-status families qualify for coverage. We help everyone, regardless of status, and never share information with immigration authorities.

What if I don't speak English?

Our community advisors reply in Spanish, Mandarin, Vietnamese, and several other languages. Let us know your preferred language when you email us and we'll match you with the right advisor.

Can you help if I missed Open Enrollment?

Almost always, yes. Most people we work with qualify for a Special Enrollment Period because of life changes, income changes, or because they qualify for Medicaid (which has no enrollment window).

What does the consultation cost?

Nothing. There's no fee for our time, no obligation to enroll, and no high-pressure sales. Many people we talk to decide a plan isn't right for them this year and that's fine too.
